About me

When I begin a new journey, my goals and responsibilities are guided by a belief that hard work, training, studying independently, and teamwork are essential to gaining success and improving my professional development. My colleagues and supervisors have relied on my professional drive to learn and my work ethic which allows me to take on tasks and projects without being prompted because I enjoy the challenge, training opportunity and I want to help the team succeed in any way that I can.

I have a proactive work ethic that I use to complete work beyond basic requirements, and I quickly become the subject matter expert for many of the tasks and projects that I have completed flawlessly throughout my career. I have trained for and taught the key concepts of the development cycle and I am excellent at debugging and analyzing code and data. I have studied how Scrum blends all development activities into each meeting iteration in which teams adapt to discovered realities at fixed intervals. I am comfortable with utilizing complex work involving knowledge creation and collaboration during the software development cycle.

Customer-Service

I have exeprience using HTML daily to send customer communications to proactively prevent service outages and degradations within customer production environments.

Responsive Design

I have used HTML, CSS, JavaScript and wiring framing, top-notch communication skills, customer feedback and attention to detail to address and fix web design and content issues. When the product has been developed, I am proficient in providing customer support to users with various levels of digital literacy.

Web Development

I have an expertise in analyzing the HTML/CSS/JavaScript source code, web design and fiddler traces while the manufacturing processes that are assigned to test the effectiveness of malware detection monitors. I have used these processes to collect data for fraud, malware investigations and ad policy enforcement.

UX/UI and debugging

I read C#, Git, HTML, CSS and JavaScript code during testing, feature development and product launch. These debugging investigations are documented by software engineers and I used this data to write and publish the user experience (UX) and user interface interactions (UI), for these service debugging scenarios identigied during the Software development lifecycle.
